Interior restoration Historic Monument (2) – Villeneuve-Loubet

After a campaign to strengthen the structures of the Château de Vaugrenier, considered as a Historic Monument, the architecture and urban planning agency Bernard Fauroux, in collaboration with Sophie TRAMONTI, Heritage Architect, has undertaken since June 2016 a complete interior renovation of this building, of Palladian inspiration, dated from the early 16th century.

This restoration, conducted under the watchful eye of the Regional Directorate of Cultural Affairs, aims to enhance the four levels of the Château de Vaugrenier by making possible its partial opening to the public for cultural events. These include installing all networks (water, electricity, telephone, gas, wastewater, ventilation, heating, air conditioning) to serve all rooms and sanitary in particular.
