It has everything of a Provencal cottage: the simplicity of the volume, the symmetry of the openings, the arbour … yet the look is resolutely contemporary with the roof overhang advantageously replacing the genoises (recessed Mediterranean tiles), the openings in dark gray aluminum with their horizontal partition and the steel beams for pillars!
