Across the town hall, this small sized real estate agency, located on the ground floor of a house in the village of Valbonne, was completely renovated. The layout was carefully reviewed and optimized to exploit every square inch and give a true feeling of space.

Although appearing to be original because of their rust finish, the aluminum window bays provide protection both against solar radiation and burglary. Thanks to rediscovered natural materials, newly re-grouted stone walls, hardwood floors, and dirt hues, patrons are now greeted in a cosy atmosphere where they can seal a deal in comfortable leather armchairs.
