Also located in Contes but closer to the village, this more modest program of 12 housing units and four semi-detached villas plays with volumes. Thanks to the recessed entrances on the street side and the projecting bedrooms on the garden side, creating unobstructed terraces for the living rooms of the apartments, the project is perceived as a collection of small houses. The stone base and the wooden surroundings of the private gardens infuse the area with the inviting warmth of their golden shades. This complex volumetry echoes that of all vernacular architecture enlarged according to needs.
